Ok heres the score
Im not on the electoral role
I have moved around alot due to being in the military
I am currently living overseas as a permanent UK cizizen on a BFPO (british forces post offices) postcode
I have a poor but improving credit history.
No property to secure the loan against
No UK address to use apart from BFPO address
Im pretty sure not a single company will consider me for a loan with these circumstances. Can anybody help

Sorry to be of little help but I have never ever heard of a UK lender that will lend when you do not have an address in the UK.
My advise would be to ask whichever military department is there to advise you. In the old days there used to be a debt department but not sure what they call it now.0 -

the thing is legally BFPO is a valid uk postcode...0
