help finding old thread on personal data pls

I'm trying to find a thread from a few months back which talked about a site which had loads of personal info about people - more than electoral roll - and you could look up neighbours of a certain person; told you who else lived in the house etc.

Does anyone remember the thread or the site name pls?

Don't know the thread ... but just put "electoral" into the search option above, and a lot of threads came up .... try doing that and having a look through them.

Thanks, Ally, but it's not anything to do with the electoral roll officially, although I think some of the info may have been bought from it/census data. It was a few months back and I remember people were quite shocked about the amount of data you could get.

It hasn't been fully working for the last few weeks or so, you get a message saying: "We are currently updating the Electoral Roll to the 2006/2007 version".
