& Scramblebugs (in yellow - different colours cost a little more) are £25.04 from £39.99.

I want to buy one for my 14 month old but don't really know which is more suitable. Does anyone already have one?
I believe they are also reduced at Argos .
Anyway hope this helps someone.

My friend brought one of these for her 1 year old for her birthday, she is now 15months and she still isn't really able to get the hang on it even though she can walk, run, etc now.
I think the age on these should be 18months plus but if you were planning on getting one I would say the second one as it is meant to have more stability than the other one so better for younger children I think. Hope that helps0 -
This is great OP. Thanks.
The blue one is £26.99 on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Funtastic-8520-Mookie-Scramble-Blue/dp/B003BNY8GU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1309167119&sr=1-1
And £34.99 at Mothercare:
http://www.mothercare.com/dp/B002VET3AQ?ref=sr_11_1
Price match this and get the £10 gift voucher as well.
Suddenly, I prefer the blue one!!

I buy it online at Mothercare and then call them soon after to tell them I found it cheaper on another site. They look it up and then match the price. If the item is £20 or more on the competitor's site, they will also send you a £10 gift voucher.
HTH
(Oh, the gift voucher is given only one per item per customer so if you bought two, they would price match them both but you'd only receive one voucher. If you bought two different items and price matched each paying over £20 for each after the match, you'll receive two vouchers.)0 -
My 16 month old has a Scuttlebug, he can't walk yet so can't get on it himself, however when you sit him on it he can push himself along. HTH.0

My dd had a scuttle bug for her first bday she will be 2 next month she got the hang of it straight away as it's quite light to push along and has to be her most used toy, the fact it folds down is brilliant as you can take it out tucked away under the pushchair rather than wandering round with a big ride on balanced on the hood, which I often did with ds hope that helps0

The 4 wheeler seems to be like a ride on, which isnt a new concept & she has one already. So i've ordered a Scuttlebug fingers crossed she will enjoy it
Thanks for all the advice. 0 -
I bought the dragonfly scuttlebug when my ds was 14 months for xmas, it didn't take him long to get the hang of it. He is 20 months now and loves scooting around hth

Hello, we've got both. Had the Scuttlebug first for my son, then bought Scramblebug for my daughter. He's now 4 and she's 19 months, they both fight over the Scuttlebug. I thought the Scramblebug would be easier for the younger ones but it can be more frustrating as it moves in any direction rather than forward/back with steering. It's easier to use the Scuttlebug for racing about, the Scramblebug is a bit more random. Both of mine are little dinks, the sizing is good for them too.
Brilliant for indoors if you have space. Watch your fingers when folding them though, they are not forgiving!:D
