Dry flakey skin

Hi guys. I've got dry skin and even after exfoliating the skin around my nose is still flakey. Do I need a new exfoliator? Can someone recommend me one? Thanks.

I tend not to use the grainy exfoliators as they aggrevate my dry sensitive skin but I to use the Neutrogena Pure Glow cleansing pads once a week. They''re double sided (foaming wash & exfoliator) & my face feels lovely & fresh after them.0

I have dry sensitive skin and find that Clinique's 7 day Scrub Cream is the best. I's not the cheapest, but it lasts for months.0
