Rent worries

Hi all, would just like a bit of advice about any future problems that may arise. My debt is all rent owed due to various reasons, mostly bad timing and stupidity (all our major bills are due first half of year and we didn't save up for them).
I want to find a new place to live as the petrol costs are killing us due to my husband working nearly an hour a way from home. Not to mention that our rent is fairly high. What I am worried about is that although we have worked things out with our letting agency and we have a schedule of payment in place, will this affect any properties we may want to rent in the future once we have paid it all off? Either renting though the same agency or another one? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Time to change my attitudes towards money, its maths, not magic. If I can't afford it, I cant have it. Simples.
Goal 1: Clear debts
Goal 2: Learn how to save

Landlords usually ask for a reference from prevous tenancy so if you went to another LL/letting agent you may have a problem.
If there's a suitable property with your current letting agent that might be your best bet but you could always look for other properties but be prepared to offer maybe an extra month's deposit for security for the LL.0 -
Cool, thanks, will do.
