I will be re-mortgaging to Northern Rock in the next few weeks.
I have no other products with them and I am wondering if I will be able to register on line so I can make mortgage overpayments or can I only use the online service if I have other products?
Does anyone know?
Thanks

You should be able to transfer money from your own bank account in to the new mortgage account. The mortgage account will have a sort code and account number.

Alternative is to pay by debit card through the phone banking method. Alternatively, pop in and hand in cash through the branch.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'

Thanks, I was wondering really if the mortgage account / balance would be available via the online service, as I am one these sad folk who like to be able to check my balance whenever I like and see the over payments coming off0
