First Posting, so forgive me if in the wrong place. Just wanted to give out a warning of !!!!!!.uk. I ordered need for speed psp game on 7th December (the game was advertised as in stock) and paid immediately by paypal. Got an email then on 10/12 saying it was not in stock, and expected in on 11/12. Then another one saying, now due in 13/12. I emailed the guy, and he took 3 days to answer. On site it says despatched on 14/12 - according to his first email it was posted 1st class recorded on 14th. Got another email today, saying posted yesterday,19th, and to allow more time as it is nearly Christmas! I know, thats why I ordered it on 7th December!!! Would stand a chance of getting to me if he at least posted it!!

I ordered two games and a DS lite from game-dash-. Prices were the best anywhere. The DS and one game arrived the next day. The second game never arrived and I had to get a refund via my credit card company. So imagine my dismay when the first game stopped working last week and I no longer had my invoice. I contacted game-dash expecting a battle but had a very courteous and positive response to my problem. I got a replacement game within 2 days, no questions asked.
Everyone has their hiccups particularly during periods of high demand, but that doesn't necessariliy mean they are 'rip-off' merchants. When we go searching for the best deal we often we put price before service and convenience. We can't always have everything.0 -
