Prefect strategy.
The issue being that everyone is thinking the same, so you'll find the price hasn't moved as much as stuff at the bottom/top.
For me locally the semi's are moving down at the same rate as the terrace housing really so not too much of an issue, I do agree with your statement in general terms, but for here in Oldham I am a cut above most surrounding me so won't have too much competition (don't mean to sound a snob, I am more the big fish in a small pond than a big fish).Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
