What to buy for male colleague?

Struggling to find a Christmas gift for a male colleague who is single and lives at home with his parents. Works in an office and is into politics but apart from that, don't know much about his interests. Budget approx £20. Any ideas please? PS Not a fan of the West Wing - thought of that already!

If it's someone you don't know all that well I'd just go for the old-fashioned music store or bookstore voucher as at least then you'll know he can pick something he'll really like with it - A bit boring and lazy but it still works and I still prefer to get a voucher than a present I wouldn't use!
