I just finished my Christmas shopping
Budgeted dosh on wine bags and chocolate stars.
Though, I have no idea how, but a pecan croissant FELL into my shopping basket. Whoops! £5 for me. That's it for today x0 -
Nothing! But then I said that yesterday, and ended up going to see the Pogues, and spending £11 on three drinks! So every incentive to make today a NSD!
..........and the bells were ringing out for Christmas day.......Overpay!0 -
Probably £3.20 on the bus, as that works out cheaper than running the car in twice. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

I will have spent approximately £10 today, shall update later if it differs.0

I've spent nothing so far - but my daughter, who has just come back from uni for Christmas, has reminded me that we STILL haven't bought a Christmas tree.
So, if I am to have any peace over the holiday, it looks as though I will be spending today.

Welcome to Moozie's thread! I never asked - just plunged right ahead with the day's spending, and since then, I've definitely spent less as I've thought harder about what I'm buying.
Someone will explain the rules in a mo, I'm sure!Overpay!0 -

I heard one of the DJs on XFM say of Shane's infamous teeth, "If he had a white one, he'd have a snooker set!".
Didn't stop them being great last night! It's officially Christmas now!Overpay!0 -
Could be a hefty day today. why when you get a bit of breathing space due to unexpected money (FD £132 pay
) do things crop up?
Bloody two debts that I neglected to include in my debt list, Argos (steering lock) £45 now owed (had to pay £10 today) and Next catalogue £
FD wrote back, I neglected to sign my bank charge request data letter, bloody hell, they returned the cheque though and said sign the letter and return it to us and we will send the statements by courier.
Another cost is a stamp for the HSBC (2nd acct) statement request, £106 they owe me, worked it out last night online, bloody b*stards, honestly, I look at my situation and wonder with the money that Im missing from them...
Yet another cost is a haircut, its a disaster is my hair, was getting it cut Friday but had to bring it forward because of a funeral tomorrow, shouldn't be as expensive as my usual hairdressers which is a positive.
So, around £15 today, £25 if you include the £10 payment on Argos.0
