hi hoping for some wisdom.....
i have 2 t mobile lines, and a very close family member was using one of the lines and giving me the money.
very suddenly and tragically, this family member has just died.
have spoken to t mobile and they have said there's nothing they can do. is there any way round this at all x

If the contract is in your name, unfortunately its just a case of paying it off until the contract is complete, and then close it.

Consider unlocking phone, and selling on ebay, to get back part of the cash.
See if it's possible to switch to a lower contract, or if you can pay it off in full now for any discount.0 -
thanks for all your replies. its only £10 a month so its not a lot but quite hurtful still to see it showing up on my online billing. might just pay it off0
