Hi,
I like to buy organic meat and dairy products as well as food that hasn't travelled hundreds and hundreds of miles to get to my plate.
I also watch my pennies and these products don't always come cheap.
Does anyone have any tricks how to eat ethically without breaking the bank?

I keep chickens and ducks, sell the surplus eggs to cover feed costs, made a large veg plot from the lawn and grow ONLY what I or the hens will eat. A few fruit trees if you have the space, eg cooking and eating apples, plum, pear etc. I choose not to use chemicals on my produce.:beer:0
