defective property buildings insurance

Hi, I'm in the process of buying my council flat. Getting it for £12000. The problem is, its a Whitson Fairhurst concrete build and as such has been placed on the 'defective list'. Does anyone know of any companies who provide buildings insurance for these type of houses?
