1. These terms and conditions also include all instructions to enter and take part in the ‘10 Boxes of Assorted Lizi’s Granolas to be won’ prize draw (the ‘Promotion’), organised by Provamel UK Ltd., 2460 Regents Court, The Crescent, Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, Birmingham B37 7YS and The Good Carb Food Co. Ltd., PO. Box 94, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire SA15 4ZW (‘The Promoters’). No correspondence shall be sent to these addresses. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification. 2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the UK and ROI, aged 18 and over, excluding Directors and employees of Provamel Ltd and The Good Carb Food Co. Ltd, the Promoters and their associated companies, agencies and immediate families. The decision of the Promoters in relation to eligibility to enter is final. 3. The Promotion starts on the 23rd June 2011 and closes at midnight on the 31st day of July 2011. Entries must be completed and received by 31st July 2011. To enter, the participant’s full name, valid address and email address (if any) must be supplied through the online entry form or sent on a postcard to Provamel ‘Lizi’s Granolas Prize Draw’, Provamel UK Ltd., FREEPOST RG1661, PO Box 17, Pangbourne RG8 7BR. Only one entry will be accepted per person. No purchase is necessary. 4. Each of the ten prizes consists of a box of assorted Lizi’s Granolas valued at approximately £30. 5. The winners will be the first ten names drawn at random on 1st August 2011 by a panel of judges independently supervised from the valid entries received by 31st July 2011. Using the details provided by the entrants, the Promoters will notify the winners by telephone, letter or by email, (or letter if no email address is provided), as appropriate within 10 days. The winners will be required to confirm in writing eligibility and acceptance of the prize by the 15th day of August 2011. The prizes will be received within 21 days of its acceptance by the winners, at the addresses provided. No responsibility will be accepted for delays due to the wrong details being provided, or due to other circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control. 6. In the event that an entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, or that a prize is declined or unclaimed by the date specified for acceptance, or if a prize winner cannot reasonably be contacted from the details supplied, an alternative winner may be drawn in the same way at the Promoters’ discretion, and who will be notified by email or/and telephone no later than seven days after the date specified for acceptance. The original selection will then be void. The Promoters will provide the winners with details about how to claim the prize. 7. Details of the winners (restricted to disclosure of their names and counties of residence) will be available between 15th August and 15th September 2011 upon request by writing to Provamel UK Ltd., PO Box 17, Pangbourne RG8 7BR with an SAE. 8. By entering the Promotion, you agree to your identity (restricted to disclosure of your name and county of residence) being included in any publicity relating to the Promotion if you win. 9. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there are no cash or credit alternatives in whole or in part. 10. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion if reasonably required by circumstances beyond its control or to substitute for the prize being offered a similar prize of equal or greater value. 11. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. No responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in submission can be accepted and proof of submissions is not proof of receipt. 13. Subject to negligence or breach of duty, to the fullest extent that may be permitted by law, the Promoters accept no responsibility for or liability arising from participants taking part in the Promotion. 14. This promotion is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. 15. By entering this competition you are agreeing to these terms & conditions and to receiving communications relating to the Promotion until the end of this Promotion. 16.
