Thanks so much for the info - got Star and Express, used coupon in Star to get 30p off Express, then got free chocolates, milka choc bar, and flip flops - ok flip flops are the most basic ones, but i usually go thru a cheap pair each summer just round the house and garden. many thanks again, SS.

Was on my way home after buying Star then getting 30p off Express in McColls when I quizzed 13 year old son about the list of shops for the noodle pot, who said, ''Mum, there's a spar at the shops on the roundabout'' ..... DOH, It's about 200 yards from our house!!!! Am I a numpty or what? Don't quite know how it survives, I'm never use it as we have Lidls the other side of the road so can't understand why anyone does!!!!

Anyway, it's like a ready to eat thing that needs to be stored in the fridge and microwaved for about 2 mins to heat. Daren't look at the ingredients label, lol.
