Not the best day's cooking I've had

I put the jam roly poly in the oven half an hour ago,I just had sneaky peep and the things's flattened out, and split, it looks like a murdered person! All the jam's seeping out of the middle.
Ah well, only us to eat it :rotfl::rotfl:
I've got the dog's peanut butter and cornmeal biscuits mixed in the Kenwood bowl ready to go into the oven when the duff comes out.
Normally Barney goes ape when I'm making flapjacks and cookies etc, I usually give him a little spoonful out of the bowl.
I did that just and he wouldn't touch it. I hope he eats it when it's done.....
ETA Just realised I should've cooked the duff in a bread tin, not on a tray....:)

Depends on the method I suppose.
The one I use you can put the roly poly on a baking sheet.For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.
