I bought some High street gift vouchers off a website last night.

Paid for them but didn't get a confirmation e-mail or anything, money hasnt come out of my account yet.

What shall i do?

Have you tried emailing them? Or tried to call them? There should be a "contact us" section on their website.

I e-mailed them yesterday and no reply.

0845 should be lo-call .... try saynoto0870.com for a geographical number, the company may be listed there.

Check with your bank, see if funds have been taken, or if they have been reserved (where the company reserves the money from your account so you don't spend it!) If neither of these have been done, call the company and trace the order.

OK so yesterday they took the money out of my account, even though id ordered it the day before and it was meant to to be next day deleivery, so i should have received it yesterday? And AT LEAST today?

have you get an email confirmation of order and / or despatch?

have you contacted them by email or telephone

have you looked at the t&c and delivery information regarding who they use and time of day you need to order by to get next day delivery

No but i got the invoice that i paid,

I sent them 2 emails but really dont want to ring them (Telephone phobia)

There isnt anything on there, But when i ordered there was 'Order by Noon on Tuesday for delivery before christmas' And i did So :S Isnt the last posting day tomorrow?
