Here's my mealplan for the week:

    Mon - Jambalaya
Tues - BLT Burger with HM wedges & salad
    Weds - Fish & Chips
    Thurs - Pork Fajitas
Fri - Black Bean Turkey with Noodles
Sat - BBQ Chicken Skewers with HM Wedges & Sweetcorn fritters
Sun - HM Quiche & Salad

Snacks will be fruit/bread & jam, there's cereal for breakfast and fruit for pud. I've plans to make a crumble when the wedges go in earlier in the week, and when the quiche goes in the oven on Sunday I'm going to pour some sweetened batter on some cherries I've got in the freezer and make an easy clafoutis.

Have a good week, everyone, and thanks for starting the thread.
