Hello there,
I am looking for a bit of advice. I have a BOS Loan and have done since 09. I have paid it faithfully until i missed one payment in Feb which was then paid a month later as requested by BOS. I have never missed another payment since and as far as i know am up to date. If fact i know i am i have statements to prove it. I have now started to receive letters from albion collection agency telling me i owe them the full loan amount and if i don't pay it they will take me to court and sent debt collectors to the door. I am confused i pay them on time every month if fact they just took out the last monthly payment yesterday.help does anyone know my rights or can they do this thank u very much in advance

I would call BOS and find out what's going on. I find it hard to choke down that the first letter you'd get is threatening the things you say......seems strange.

something does not add up here...the banksters are quick off the mark but 1 months arrears. seems very strange.It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
