Double check you tesco receipts!!

Just had my shopping delivered and have several items purchased on BOGOF, Tesco's have charged me for both items so have just had to ring and claim back almost ten pounds.

Usually I don't pay much attention to the delivery note, obviously glad I have today!

No, the discounts and offers should be listed at the bottom of the delivery note. My delivery note has none. Had to call customer service for refund. All items which were bogof showing as purchased 2 and charged twice. Also pepsi max, buy 3 for 3 pounds, I was charged for 3 bottles. No discounts on my shopping.

The drivers only put money back for me if I ask them to return an item back to the store, say if it's substituted and I don't want what they suggest.

Any offers with GHS have to be valid at day of delivery, not day of order. This may be a factor.
Still at least you ordered two, I've heard of people who order one Bogof, and complain when they only get one!!
