I returned mine here:- Tesco Freetime Limited
PO Box 654
Crawley

If you look on the Tesco clubcard rewards FAQ the address above is on there!0 -
I had to send some back recently to the above address, and they were really quick to put them back onto my account. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the service, despite initial reservations that I would never see the points from the vouchers again after sending in post.Invented tradition: Couponology

What value did they return them onto your account at?
I got mine just before it changed from 4 times to 3 times so not sure if they would credit them back at the old or new rate.0 -

They would credit your account with whatever rate you exchanged them with - in your case, one fourth. I rang them yesterday before returning mine and that is what I was told. They can tell from the code on it, at what rate you exchanged them for.0 -
I sent loads back today. Some just about to expire and some as old as 2007 so here is hoping they do accept them all. They are all genuine, I just lost them for a while in the back of a drawer. Really could do with the points back. xfingerscrossedx3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Hi just received this email today
Dear Miss Murtagh,
Thank you for your e-mail.
You can send your tokens back to us and we will be able to refund your clubcard points as long as we receive them before they expire. If you can send them to :-
The Returns Department,
Tesco Freetime,
P.O. Box 654,
Crawley,
RH10 1RG.
Please include a covering letter and you will need to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when sending your tokens to us.
Your e-mail has been passed to our accounts department for them to send some key fobs to you.
If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards
Helen

They will take them back as long as they get them before they have expired. Give them a ring on the freephone number if you want to make sure first before posting them. You will probably be asked the code on them and they can tell from that if it has expired or not. I have returned my restaurant rewards to them without any problems. They do stress that they must receive them before they have expired.0 -

I would be interested to know if they accept the old ones from 2007! Till now, I've thrown mine away if they have expired (thankfully not too many!). Please keep us posted so we know what to do next time. Thanks0
