Best Laptop for £450

My brother wanst to buy a laptop and has round £450. Could anyone help and let me know where the best deal is. It is only for internet needs and wont be running any high end games. Thanks

its just the ram thats abit bad it should be 256 but one of the best processors that 1 has got

There are good machines at currys and codes that will get 10% off

If its just for the internet I think Currys & PC World do a cheapy for £299 & use a 10% off code plus quidco & youve got a real bargain.I bought a cheap Advent with DVD RW for £400 last year as those were the cheapest at the time, it has traveled with me accross Africa , I used it with my mobile phone to get mobile internet & it has been great,no need to spend more than £400

Be ok if any of the codes worked but I can only get the 5% NHS at that dissappears if you want to collect from store.

Told people about acer and have heard good reports back but not used advent pc's.
