to be honest i'm not sure i'd be comfortable trying to get in using a printed one i'd think they thought i was having them on... anyone have any clue what's going on? it also mentioned something about my receipt and there's a space on the voucher as if you need to put something there, maybe from the receipt? i'm truly confuzzled now:(
I'm confused as well but my understanding is that the ticket will be sent in the post and the pdf is just part of a confirmation system that in the case of this product appears overly cumbersome.Nothing in it, nothing in it but a ribbon round it .....0 -
I am confused too............. No instructions on the PDF under the section Enquiries/ Bookings either but it gives me the impression that this is the voucher - why bother sending it at all if it cannot be used. It has a unique code on? Then again it is a bit cheeky charging £1 P & P if they are emailing the vouchers? Anyone know for sure?0

Right, I assumed that if they were saying the tickets would be sent in the post, but they were sending out codes via email, I'd have to buy my ticket online at Odeon.co.uk and put the code in at the end. So I tried this - ordered my tickets and put the code in - "PROMO CODE INVALID".
I've emailed orders@wowcher.co.uk, quoting my order number and telling them the problem. Hopefully I'll hear back very soon.
It doesn't make much sense, just seems to send us round in circles. If the tickets are being sent in the post, what's the promo code for?0 -
Hmm very confusing hope they sort this out.0

I unintentionally ordered 2 from the same email address and have received both of them today! Plus one from my husband's email address. Makes the cinema slightly more affordable!!0

All 2500 have gone...you need to be quicker.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

If people weren't so greedy buying more than one then you wouldn't have to be as quick.0
