Hi all
My fixed mortgage is up at the end of November and I want to try and secure a rate with a lender now as I know that fixed rates are likely to go up in the future. By the time Nov comes I will owe about 92000 with 13 yrs 3 mths remaining and over 50% equity.
Does anyone know of any really good deals I can secure now? Woolwich are offering 2.89% with no arrangement fee. There seems to be so much info out there and I really don't want to make the wrong decision this time. Anyone got a good deal this time around?

My suggestion would be to go for a long term fix, you should be able to get around 4% on a 5-year fix with such a healthy level of equity.
A quick google brings up Nationwide at 4.29% although I am sure this can be beaten.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
You are a little previous as most offer last 3 months, the fixed rates range from, 2.89 on a 2 year deal, 3.49 3year deal and 3.99 for a five year deal.I am a Mortgage Advisor. Thank you for your responses. Barclays and a few others like Halifax will offer us products now for a remtg at the end of Nov. Does 2.89% from Barclays sound like a good deal then?
