They only got 2 stars i n 2007 when it was Roscoff's did they have builders in then also: :rotfl:

Paul Rankin of Roscoff's said their hygiene levels now met the highest standards.
"Following a short preliminary inspection of Roscoff's kitchen six months ago we were provided with a list of minor changes that were deemed necessary," he said.
"We took immediate action to put right all the areas highlighted in the report and I am satisfied that our kitchen now meets the highest standards."
Strange it that's true in 2007 and despite making all the changes how they have dropped a rating??????Jellynose0 -
The nicest Indian I've had is the Ganges. Both the Holywood & Bangor branches are 1 star :eek:0

my works canteen got a 5 .
it says nothing about the food quality which would be a 1
Do you work in the BBC...lol.
I'm quite freaked out by the findings. A lot of the places I've been to in the past 6 months have a rating of ONE ...
Bo Tree
La Boca
Sonali
Cafe Naz
Doorsteps (always packed)
Rajput
Graffitti........
and scariest of all....the highly rated Ginger!!!:(

So....do tell...... what happens to them after a !!!! rating......or do they just keep on going......and let us all run the risk of being poisoned and paying handsomely?

They just keep going I presume. I was in Pizza Express tonight, they have a green sticker on their window saying 5 star! lol. And why not.
Don't think any 0/1/2 star places will have the same pride in displaying their stickers...if 0/1/2 star stickers exist :rotfl:0 -
These ratings aren't so much about how clean stuff actually is, they're more about having systems in place etc. For example, if you clean the toilets 20 times per day, that doesn't count. If you have a piece of paper filled in saying you've cleaned them 10 times per day, top marks. Where is cleaner?0

Ramore in portrush is only on a 3. Not so great when I really like it there!!!!
It's good food when you can actually get a table.
Last week there was a 2 hour wait, so instead we all went across the road for the first time to a wee restaurant above Rogues Bar called the Blue Duck.
Lovely food AND it gets a star higher than the Ramore.
