Do you ever buy things like Pasties from for Example Greegs or any such shops?
Or does it go against you Money Ethics?

I sometimes buy Ginsters pies for OH's lunches as he loves them (and only them), but will be stopping soon as they are too expensive as a regular thing  . Also not that good for him, or his waistline...

I have to admit they are nice if not cheap but you can never make them a nice yourself I dont think.:beer:0

Are you talking about for a dinner though (or for a lunch on the go?), as a shortcrust pie stuffed with a healthy filling is much nicer than a prepackaged pasty......

The cornish pasties that our local butcher makes are divine. I wouldn't even think of trying to compete with them.Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 #18 £2021.83 declared0

I meant more like a snack sort.:beer:0 -
I would simply never buy a Ginters agian, I actually complained about one OH bought when he was drunk. Even though he was tipsy, it was still utterly foul. they sent us a postal order saying, yes they knew they werent very nice!!! Well dont sell them then!
Ive made my own cheese & onion pasties before.
I wont buy any processed meat now unless I cant avoid it at all, Id always choose a vegetarian option for food on the go. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
