Hopefully you'll sort it out but one has to ask. You surely knew that you were racking up a huge CC debt. I mean 69K is massive. I understand you have had health problems but you still should of spotted this huge issue and worked around it. I just wonder how much of that 69k has been to survive day to day and how much of it has been to fund things you could of done without.

Whichever way you look at this particular case, it needs to be sorted out sooner rather than later, otherwise it will all end in tears.
Please do not go and take an IVA as you have to much equity in your home, and i guarantee if an IVA is taken it will definately end in tears.

Thanks for all your support and personal messages. We got a high street mortgage. We are hoping to pay it off in 6years . Only adding 2 years on the original mortgage. I think I had my light bulb moment last Christmas when I stopped using my card. Good luck everyone who gets into a mess and I will always try and support others in a positive and helpful way. Xx
