It's always a decent day out, apart from the traffic getting to & from the circuit, and the ridiculous prices of food.
There's a lot to do to keep the whole family busy.
Last year was a let down because it was in mid September so was very cold & windy. Hopefully putting it back in its regular August slot will coincide with better weather.
Standard tip - ear defenders for the kids & bring your own lunch
or become a marshal, then you can camp and be closer to the action.
best time to arrive is 8am then the traffic is not that bad as marshals have to be there by 7.30am. most peole try to get there by 11am for some reason and then get stuck ib the traffic on the way in.:rotfl: given up on tesco do a lot os boots offers. but weekends are now in orange trackside b. lol
