Well just spoken to them and they say replace or refund, Great i think this is going to be sorted quickly with no hassle until they then say it will take about 2-3wks to complete the process which is appauling in this day and age. I am not impressed at all and wont be using them again!

mine arrived today - haven't opened it yet. the box had brown parcel tape around the top edges of the box which has me wondering if it is new? What did other people's boxes look like? This looks as if it's been opened and returned to me.

Mine had parcel tape as well but they had put a 3 pay as you go simcard inside the box so i think that is why.

Mine had the tape too, and a dent in the front but the Tv wasnt damaged and is working fine!!

Im guessing its a german brand because when u first turn it on, all the menu's are in german, so took me 5 mins trying to work out how to select english LOL!

But picture is good. Guide is a bit slow to fully show all channels but for 70 quid i cannot complain

How do you know this?? I have bought one of these but I'm not aware that I have purchased any insurance. Please can you let me know where it says this and how to cancel? Thanks
