Hi guys,
Just going through my paperwork and I've noticed a water bill for the old house that has just sold. The thing is I thought I was paid up with the water and so I didnt put it in on my bankruptcy in July.
The question is: Do I phone them to let them know myself nor my ex live there and we have sold it? or hand it to my trustees? or pay it? or sit on it till after christmas (hehe naughty I know)?
Replies much appreciated

I'm no expert on bankruptcy, but you can't ignore it. You were living there at the time (from your original post) so it isn't going to go away!
I'd talk to the trustee about adding it to the bankruptcy, I'm sure this type of thing happens quite often. If not, then I guess you'll have to look at paying it separately, although I don't know how this effects the bankruptcy. I'd say your first port of call should be to talk the trustee about it.0 -
cheers - I wouldnt really have ignored it as I know how it feels when it catches up with you!
Will phone the trustee first thing in the morning😁0
