While the 5670 is indeed a good value for money budget card, AFAIK VTX3D is a relatively unknown brand.
dabs currently have an Asus 5670 for £54.99 delivered. If nothing else, the Asus one has a 3 year instead of 2 year warranty, maybe worth it for £7 more. (I haven't checked to see if you can get the Asus one cheaper elsewhere)0
