Thats brilliant, I am so glad everything is sorted. Take a deep breathe, have a cup of tea and then relax.“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Payplan. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

Really glad you sorted everything out
and how fab of Payplan to have been so great and non judgemental.
I got myself into the same situation recently with payday loan companies while on a DMP (with CCCS though) and was too scared to admit to them that I'd done this and was so stressed I broke down to my lovely mum who bailed me out. Reading your posts makes me realise I should have owned up as I feel so bad now that I owe my Mum money
I will never touch a Payday loan company again..I've learnt my lesson
Loads of luck with the rest of your DMP
