Thats brilliant, I am so glad everything is sorted. Take a deep breathe, have a cup of tea and then relax.
    Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Payplan. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Well done desperate. You'll sleep so much better tonight. Just keep moving forward.
  • Really glad you sorted everything out :) and how fab of Payplan to have been so great and non judgemental.

I got myself into the same situation recently with payday loan companies while on a DMP (with CCCS though) and was too scared to admit to them that I'd done this and was so stressed I broke down to my lovely mum who bailed me out. Reading your posts makes me realise I should have owned up as I feel so bad now that I owe my Mum money :(
I will never touch a Payday loan company again..I've learnt my lesson

Loads of luck with the rest of your DMP

Well done for phoning Payplan, desperate.

You seem much calmer after having phoned them, hopefully you'll be able to eat properly now and have a good night's sleep tonight.

Good luck with your dmp and your debt free journey.
