Welcome Finance Secured Loan
Hello
Joined to today as i need some advice. I have a Welcome finance loan which is due to finish in 2015 i pay £277 a month and believe it to be a secured loan, if I default would it go to a debt collection company which i can set up a payment plan ?? I am not shying away from responibility but my husband lost his job and now struggling to pay. Do i contact land registry to see if is secured against my house?? I have requested a copy of all paperwork from welcome so will see what it says. The reason i ask about the default is i read on here someone who hasnt paid for over a year and it has now gone to MKRR debt collector and they have set a plan up .
