I dont know if I dreamt this but a few weeks ago I thought I heard someone talking about being able to get a loan which you could use for different energy saving projects on your home and the loan would carry on even when the property was sold? Not heard anymore about it, has anyone else?

It's called the Green Deal and it is the flagship policy of the coalition government's Energy Bill which is currently going through parliament.
