Hi..........

  • Hi, Sorry to hear this, I would just try and pay it if you can etc.

Once you land in arrears, Then you are in a 'Ditch' with only 1 exit - PAY up !! or else we will instruct solicitors etc......

Don't rely on some MPPI ?? cover or whatever it is, The Banks don't seem to read into this and 'Automatically' demote you to the Legal team and make MORE money on top of the arrears.

    Good Luck All The Same.

  • Hi there. Thanks for that. The only positive i was thinking was that the MPPI is actually with my mortgage provider - Nationwide and therefore I thought that might be a plus point?
  • It could be, But don't get into 5 + months arrears as then you are stood at a crossroads !!

Sorry to seem to be negative, But I am just telling it as it is, And not what it says in the mortgage instruction book !!

  • Thanks - I much prefer realistic answers even if it is negative! Will keep you posted what happens though.
