Barbie Hair Highlights Doll

Can anyone help me with this. It's about £15, but my niece desperatley wants one - if i can get it a bit less I might consider it, but I know it'll be a 5 minute wonder and i can get a normal barbie doll for £5/6.

Looking at about £10? All help appreciated.
