MySurveyPanel - technical problems

Anyone else finding a lot of MySurveyPanel surveys are resulting in technical errors lately? Seems like every other survey routes me to an error page.

I'm wondering if it's something wrong with my browser setup or a more general problem.

Yes, same here. Twice I have had message half way through a survey saying that the host was experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. Also had a similar message when trying to access survey through my available surveys page. Hope it is just a temporary thing.

If I have problems again, I'll email their support. I didn't want to do that if the problem was at my end, but it looks like it's not just me.

don't worry i'm experiencing the same problem with 25%-30% of their survey invites

I've also had the same problem and I e-mailed them without any luck as they said that there is sometimes errors and they'll look into it but still had no come back.Since I e-mailed them I had no surveys for 2 weeks so e-mailed them again and was told it's just the way it is, but I got a survey the same day without any problems!

Anyone logging on - clicking through to a survey and getting the maintenance info? seems to have been happening for a couple of days now.
