Beautiful fresh mackerel and prawns - but what to do with it?

Hi Folks

Just checked the recipe thread but I couldn't find anything for these...

1) I bought four most beautiful whole mackerels this morning (soooo fresh, shiny and bright) from the market fishmonger (he's gutted, beheaded and de-tailed them for me), two have gone in the freezer and the other two are in the fridge for dinner. The thing is, I love fish but haven't cooked it that much :o as the OH is an absolute 'meat man'. Anyway, bringing him rond to fish now, but just have no idea how to cook these mackerel is a way that will compliment the fish. Let me know if you have any recipes/ideas. I have some beetroot to cook and thought maybe some boiled small potatoes and a small salad might go well?

2) I also bought a big bag of shell on prawns that were cooked and frozen (apparently on the boat!). I love prawns, and bought the shell on ones as I love communal eating (big pot of warm shell on prawns in the middle of the table for everyone to help themselves...yummy!), but does anyone know the best way to re-heat these and add some other flavours? I am aware that re-heating prawns is tricky as they need to be properly heated through, but also cooking a second time could possibly make them tough...again, any ideas really welcome!

Thanks so much, and sorry for the lengthy post - we always eat good home-cooked food, but I want to learn how to cook 'new' things. :D
