Which lenders don't charge for mortgage indemnity premium

Hi

Most of you will be aware of the mortgage indemnity (guarantee) premium payable when LTV exceeds 75%.

My question is which lenders DON'T charge borrowers for this. (Have searched the net and suprisingly -it can be very expensive- very little information to be found).

I know the Nationwide BS don't charge, anyone else knows of others who charge or don't charge.

Thanks very much.

MIG's have dropped away over the past 25 years. Most lenders now price the risk by charging a higher rate of interest and by levying ever increasing product fees.
