Cheepish women's Clothing?

Hello all!
I hope I have posted this in the right area, sorry if I haven't!
Does anyone know of anywhere you can get cheepish clothing, the catch is I'm really fussy and petite so not a lot fits me properly or if it does I probably won't like it.
I know charity shops are good, but does anyone know of anywhere else maybe online but have free returns for a fussy mare like me.
I don't want to spend loads of money on clothes:( but can't sew although would love to learn!
Just thought I'd ask you clever people as you seem to have all the answers!!!:D
