    I was annoyed too when I mine started coming through the post - the freebies are the best bit.

    I emailed them about it and they said it was to do with the postage costs and that I'd already got a good deal on the subscription. A lot of magaziines stopped sending the freebies out when the Royal Mail started charging extra for thick letters. It's annoying.

    My Instyle magazine is the smaller type one, so they may still send them out with the larger (normal) format, but I'm not confident that it would definitely be the case :(

    I did choose the bigger one so fingers crossed :) I'll still enjoy it though but freebies always make it nicer.

    Me too, the info on the mag thread is why I signed up for the 3 for a pound offer! I don't care for the magazine, but deals like that are worth it if you get the freebies (same thing with Glamour, I don't care for the content but it has good freebies). Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and get at least one non-bulky freebie with my instyle.

    Just as an update to this as I thought it uncanny given the conversation I'd had in the thread - my Instyle mag came again today as normal and it had the freebie in it! (A Bodyshop mascara).

    That is the first one in all of the months that I've been suscribing to it. Let's hope it continues.......

    hi - my sister subscribed for me. I got my first instyle magazine yesterday - with TWO bodyshop eye pencils. Is that right? Is there supposed to be two? If so I'll go and buy more mags! Rubbish mag though!

    I have ALWAYS got freebies with my IN STYLE magazine subscription, it is one of the few that still send them out. Today got the new one with 2 Body Shop eye pencils HTH x
