Getting incorrect code message back for 0699( Peach) and have the bottle in front of me so know it is correct....have phoned them and they are looking into nit for me...9636 worked fine...weird !!

Coop Customer Services called me back...said the code I entered should have worked and I must have done it wrong !!!Had tried 3 times , so doubt I'm that stupid, but she thought I was, obviously,...she told me the CORRECT way to enter is to do it with a capital R...and then obinsons****
I told her I had successfully entered using the code 9636 by entering ROBINSONS9636...and had a message back thanking me for my entry...this amazed her as she had been told by the comp peeps it had to be done with a capital R and then lower case, no space and then the code...I did point out that on the website , the details for the comp actually show it as I had done it, all upper case....I honestly think she did not believe me, I asked her to look at the web page and she declined as she had been told the CORRECT way an no-one else had called to say they had probs....she then told me that the comp peeps had tested every code possible, and doing it the CORRECT way, all had worked....so there you have it, it is obviously me !!!
