hello just wanted some advice ....it probably sounds a bit pathetic but i had a £4.45 credit on my ciao account yesterday then today when i checked (as im waiting for more credit)it was 0 !! whats going on ??i wanted to cash it and reduce my cat bill by £5 ....nothing really i know but still!!.........

Chances are that it is just a blip in their systems. When I used to do Ciao, I used to hang out at https://www.opinionators.co.uk, and you could always ask there (there is at least another forum as well, but I don't remember the address).0

I've seen them do this before as well. Mine stayed at £0 for about a week!
But they sorted it out.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
