In the terms and conditions it does say that you'll only get one set of 50 points no matter how many times the survey in submitted!

Bonus Points T&Cs

To earn 50 Nectar points simply fully complete all 7 questions in the questionnaire and submit. The offer is only available to Nectar cardholders. Only 50 Nectar points will be awarded no matter how many times the questionnaire is submitted. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. Offer is not transferable and points will only be awarded to the original recipient. Points will be credited to your account within 60 days of submitting the questionnaire.
