cabbage, bacon, eggs...dinner?

I have some cabbage from my veg box that needs to be eaten today - also eggs, some bacon and a kohlrabi! Can anyone suggest something I can make for my tea please

Ohhh, there's a recipie in the Thrifty ways book which involves leeks bacon & eggs so maybe you could do a variation of it?Post Natal Depression is the worst part of giving birth:p

thanks for your suggestions! bubble and squeak sounds good - do I just fry the bacon and cabbage together and then add my egg?0

If you've any potatoes boil the cabbage with the pots, drain then fry in a large fry pan (with bacon - or you could dry fry bacon 1st to release fat and fry the mix in that). When starting to nicely brown make holes where you want the eggs and pop eggs into holes and continue to cook until nicely set....
