Hi,
I am thinking to join Amazon DVD trial service. Has anyone used this service and could answere couple of questions please:-
Also I have checked on the tearms and condistions and it says if we send a DVD back and it is lost in the post they have a right to charge us £15.00. What are there service like if in case a DVD is lost in the post?
Has anyone got promotion code to extend the trial service.
Thanks for you help

- How good they are in receiving and sending DVD's
- Do they give so many days so we can return DVD's once the trial service is cancelled?

Hi, we have been using the Amazon DVD service for a few years now and have found it to be consistantly excellent.
We have had 2 or 3 DVD's go missing over this time and have never been charged for those although that may be because we have been with them for so long that we have a good record.
They are very quick at sending the next DVD out and have an easy to use system for chosing and rearranging the order in which you get your DVD's. However if the film at the top of your list is all out when they go to send you your next then they will send the next on your list.
I don't know about cancelling and I don't know about any promotional codes I'm afraid. but I hope that the above all helps.Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards. Soreen Kierkegaard 1854.0
