hi my DD has 'borrowed' my ordinary SC and left her Swan one in exchange as she says its not cooking as it should .It is a Swan one ,not that big and has three settings on it High, Warm, and Auto, as she hasn't got the manual to leave me as well I am guessing which setting to use. I have put some lamb shanks on to cook on high with some veggies and it seems to be warm ,but not very hot.Has anyone here got one of these and is 'Auto' setting the one you should use or what. I am so cross as she has gone out for the day and I can't get hold of her to ask about the setting and I think I maybe having a 'bread and scrape 'dinner tonight if it doesn't cook properly. Hi, I have a swan breadmaker and "customised" the settings. becuase I'm an idiot. Now it won't bake the bread how I like it and it comes out all wrong. Could someone please send me the kneading/resting times for the basic setting. It's just that one setting that I messed up. Also the one I need most...0
