Fisher Price® Amazing Animals Music & Motion Choo Choo Train

I've been toying (excuse the pun) with the idea of buying one of these and now think I might as again Mothercare's price match makes this more attractive.

Tesco Direct have it for £23.27:
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.100-3740.aspx

Mothercare are selling it for £34.99
http://www.mothercare.com/Fisher-Price-Amazing-Animals-Motion/dp/B000JFD7VK?ie=UTF8&ref=sr_1_1&nodeId=42764041&sr=1-1&qid=1308669148&pf_rd_r=1TVY1H2WGWDQMV2FYAGA&pf_rd_m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=0&pf_rd_p=231490887&pf_rd_s=center-7

Buy from Mothercare, and then call to price match and also receive a £10 gift voucher.

Hope someone else finds this useful.

    Xmas Saver!
I got one of these for my little one at Christmas, I love it (and so does she!). We got it after seeing a friend with one. The animals can all be played with independantly with clicky joints, and ears for teething on the elephant.
Just thought I'd let you know its a good buy!
:j Is MSE saving me money, or making me spend more on all the bargains?!:j

how does the price match work...do you order and then ring them to claim a refund or just ring and say youve seen it cheaper??

    Mothercare Price Promise

It's really easy. Phone the number in the link and tell them you'd like to price check an item on their website. Have their product code to hand (on the webpage of the product) and the name of their competitor (web based and cannot be eBay, Amazon Marketplace or any other 3rd party seller on sites such as Play.com). They check the website, confirm prices, ask you if you want to buy it, make sure it's delivered to store or you'll pay postage and they should automatically mention the £10 voucher.

P.S. the £10 voucher will only be given when the competitor price is above £20 so when price checking, it's always best to quote a competitor charging just over £20 as opposed to one charging say £19.99 as you'll miss the £10 voucher.
  • I bought one of these for my 10 month old, he is now 19 months and still loves it, i paid £34.99 and would again, this is a great price :j:j:j

I've not received my £10 voucher yet but my credit card has been charged just £18.62, which is the Tesco price LESS 20%, presumably because I had used a 20% off code on Mothercare.
