I did an ebay search using 'mini sewing kit' and i came up with quite a few.

If you looking for cheap ones then you can get them in poundland (although the thread etc will be pretty poor but assuming its just incase they have any mishaps the night of the wedding they should do the trick - these identical ones are selling on ebay for £2.30 each)

If you looking for something good quality/ expensive you could try John Lewis.
