i ordered one from play.com with the 5 pound star promo. had a quick look when it arrived but just gone to wrap it and its no key to the lock. rang play.com and they said they can't do anything about it as i've had it over 28 days. so i wondered if anyone else ordered it and if it came with a spare key could they please send me one.
